• Detailed description of activities (e.g., bouncy house, catering, music)

• Estimated number of guests and vehicles

• Vendor info (especially for inflatables or large equipment)

• Certificate of insurance naming the HOA as additionally insured (required for external vendors)

Depending on your request and the timing, we may reach out for clarification, or invite the community to vote if the request impacts shared amenities during peak times (such as Memorial Day weekend or pool opening hours).
